The warm hospitality of the owners and staff makes you feel right at home, offering assistance from grocery shopping to guided tours.During our stay, we were impressed by the exceptional service - from the delicious American breakfast to the thoughtful housekeeping and laundry services. The staff even helped us organize a unique box lunch for our early morning tour to Ollantaytambo ruins. The restaurant and bar served delectable regional cuisine and tropical cocktails, adding to the immersive experience.Exploring the historical sites nearby was made easy with the hotel's guided tours and transfers to Cuzco city. The convenient location, just a short walk from Ollantaytambo ruins, allowed us to enjoy the serene surroundings while remaining close to the heart of the action. The complimentary Wi-Fi and parking were a bonus, ensuring we could stay connected and explore at our own pace.
